“I have always been passionate about coaching and mentoring whether it was providing guidance and direction in a corporate executive role or working with youth in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. In both my corporate and community roles I had amazing mentors who helped me develop and grow. In 1997 when my husband Mike and I started our first small business, that same level of support wasn’t available to us. We struggled to learn the basics and spent time and energy recovering from our mistakes. My mission is to insure that business owner have the education, guidance and support to achieve their dreams.”
Carolyn’s business experience ranges from Fortune 100 companies to organizations with less than 50. She is recognized as an outstanding business strategist and leader. Her true passion is working with small businesses and non-profit agencies to help them move up to the next level. She has been instrumental in helping business owners implement strategies and build relationships that positively impact their growth, increase effectiveness, improve operational efficiency and realize their dreams!

Robert’s brings a wealth of knowledge to the ActionCoach firm with over 20 years of management experience from various Fortune 500 companies and as a small business owner. He has successfully developed and implemented marketing strategies for several nonprofit organizations ranging from regional education programs to nationwide men’s health initiatives which has received recognition from the United States House of Representatives and the White House.
